is the clutch cable or hydraulic on a 2017 panda I cant find any adjustment

Very few are cable in RHD form..as it is far easier to route fluids than a cable

Minor adjusents can be made.. but if it NEEDS adjusting.. there is a mechanical isdue to address

Dry bollock.

I have before changed the hydraulic clutch fluid to great effect. Any air in the system will obviously cause havoc. The slave cylinder in underneath the battery tray. Easy to bleed once battery and tray removed. I kept the battery connected with jump leads while doing the job to avoid any resetting issues.
