Well it is, sort of!

I accidentally topped up the oil in my '13 Panda TA with about 1/2 ltr of the oil I had leftover from my 1.2 Panda. Its genuine Petronas, just the wrong grade!
My question is this, should I change it immediatly (baring in mind its only about 25% of the oil), or would it be ok to leave for little while (no more than about 1-2000 miles), as I was going to get the oil and filter changed then.

Assuming your old Panda oil was a 5W40 C3 fully synth, then personally I'd leave it until the next oil change. If it was a 10/40 semi, then I'd bite the bullet and change it now.

I can't remember the exact grade but its definitely fully synthetic C3.

If it's 5w30 or 5w40 (which I would assume as a C3 grade, as it's 25% of volume and it's out of warranty, I would leave it until next change [emoji106]
