You should be able to buy the required parts from a FIAT dealer, but you might run into issues when it comes to installing them.

You need an extra button on the dashboard (below the radio) as well as the wiring for the lights themselves. I doubt the wiring for foglights is installed in all cars.

Also if it's anything like FIATs of the last 10 years, the lighting circuit is part of the CANBUS network, so installing them afterwards means you can't have the original switch as it won't be able to speak to the body computer.

Buy the lamp and bracketry from Fiat (lamp is only 54 EUR by the looks of things) and then wire up with a new switch with its own wiring, ie: avoiding CANBUS issues. Schematic below from the online parts catalogue;
