If you want an economically sensible, ready painted, bumper you are better off getting a second hand one from a breakers/auto recyclers with the same paint code as your car - plenty out there and online. Just make sure you confirm it is undamaged and has all the fitting tabs. There are plenty of specialist breakers on line so a Google should turn up someone within travel distance.
If you are not on a budget then get a genuine Fiat part and then get a local spray shop to properly paint match your car, spray and fit. It all comes down to budget.
Alternatively, you could be surprised how well a badly damaged part can be repaired.

A ready painted bumper is unlikely to be a good colour match. For best results, you need the car to fine tune the paint mix to the exact shade required.

Good advice. Many aftermarket bumpers are a poor fit, and require considerable fettling to get even a barely adequate fit.

A used OEM bumper, repaired and repainted as necessary, is probably a better option than a cheap aftermarket part from a factor. Just make sure when buying a used part that you're not buying an aftermarket one that's previously been replaced!
