Hi all,

My partner has just purchased (but not picked up) a '62 plate Panda in the Lounge trim and was under the impression that it came with an Ipod connection as standard but couldn't find it when we took it for a test drive.

Could someone point us in the right direction in regard to its location?

Thanks in advance

Let me know if you find it! I've a 63 plate Lounge and I haven't found it yet!

Isn't it on the centre consol just above the heated seat switches (if fitted) - I think that's where it is. (y)

Have you checked the handbook? It's page 25 (just checked), but will be explained properly in the blue and me supplement. The handbook is downloadable on this forum if you don't have it, but can't find the b&m supplement.

It's in the glovebox on the Abarth Punto if that helps!

Thanks for your responses!

We're picking it up on Wednesday and will have a good mooch around then. Will certainly update if and when we triumph :D

Wish us luck!

Look for the 'Blue and ME' connector - if its fitted? I suspect its an option on the Lounge trim, but standard on my 4x4 (see in the photo here - http://www.fiat.co.uk/new-panda/technology-safety which shows the connector) which is between handbrake and gearlever. Cover slides to reveal USB socket, which then gives full iPod control via radio or steering wheel controls. Also a 3.5mm jack for other audio devices

On my trekking it's just below the gear-lever slightly to the left (has a little slide down cover)
And what I like best is it plays music straight from a flash drive / memorie stick.

Yes, mine's there too (4x4), but OP was asking about Panda Lounge, where (if it is fitted) its lower down by cup holders in front of handbrake (Trekking and 4x4 have an extra bit of console higher up -- don't know why though) . Didn't know I could play tunes from USB stick... thanks!

Yup it reads my flash drive no probs.
I'm still to figure out just how much I can do with it:confused: atm I'm up & down the track list, choosing playback format (random, genre, artist etc) all from the stering wheel

I've just ordered one of these realy short jobies
