May I make a suggestion, though?
When you do the debadging also paint the bumper's black trims and grill. The color? Black. I did it in my Marea, and, what a difference. Really! Even after a simple wash (no waxing or buffing) the car looks like it did when it was brand new!
It has been raining a lot down here (Brazil) but the first opportunity I get I will take new pics of my car and post my personal 'spot the difference'. I guarantee it, people may not notice it "on a conscious level" but it WILL make a good impression.
