OK easy with the witch hunt guys, folks on here might not like everyones car but they don't spell it out they just keep it too themselves or say it in a more restrained manner.

It All Started A Few Months Ago, When I Decided I Wanted To Do Something Special To My First Car. The Fiat Punto MK1 I Wanted To Turn A Boring Standard looking Car Into A Car People Would Like. So Then My Journey Began. And Is Still Far From Being Finished.

So Ill Keep Updating To Show How The Project Is Coming Along.

So Here It Begins

A Standard Punto

ive got a set of these arches and skirts in my shed because i was going to fit them to the sei. They are the wrong way because the straight bit you see poking out is supposed to fit under the side skirts.

Wrong way round is what I thought when I looked at the pics. PMSL.

Well i like the front and rear bumper, and i think id like the skirts if the rear arches were on properly. I would try and get them off and if thats not possible then cut and shape the rear arches to suit the ar bumper, as at present thats letting the kit down. Fronts look good though. Also please take those awful tacky lights off and that stupid rear spoiler  They just don't suit the car, an they're so common.

Whatever you do will be an interesting read. Keep it up and keep the pictures coming

The best bit about the pics is the garden ones, really nice garden, well manicured ,nice choice of plants etc,now the car, don't know about the word 'hilarious' though,Hideous would be more appropriate,I think as most do that the rear wheel arch on the nearside should in fact be on the offside and vice versa, the moral of the story is ,READ THE INSTRUCTIONS,the end result ,if you get one, will be interesting,I will eat my underpants if this looks great. When you looked at it from the back did it not strike you that the arches were sticking out and looked a bit odd and that they dont fit flush with the skirts, they look like they were made for a different car, some cars suit these kits like the original mini, puntos just dont which is why i don't think anyone else on here has them.

Oh dear!! i know you are young and want to have a go, and respect you for that, but STOP!! you would get away with the front and rear bumpers JUST!! but i wouldn't fit the wheel arches, and side skirts (your mates will stand on them, and they'l fall off,) i'd go for the bumpers, a set of gt skirts, 17in rims, no bogging involved, but looks like you have already riveted the arch on, and doesnt look like youv'e rubbed anything down, i 'd have a good think before going further! you had a clean looking punto Ant!
