MEREA 155 ELX........have this car about 2 years love it to bits but its now doing my head in. I could be driving it for week and it goes great and then for no reason tne engine managment light comes on and it losses power more so at lower revs like when i change gears or go to take of it is very slow to respond but if i turn the car of and on, a couple of times it goes away some time for weeks some times just for minutes could any one help me cause my fiat dealer r looking around £40 hr to look at it and they said it could be in all day aaaaaaaaaaaaa

This may help, try getting the fuel pump checked. It's actually in the petrol tank, mine had similar probs although a bit more severe after alot of time and a lot of money turned out to be fecked fuel pump.
The specialist had my car for two weeks and found the fault by pure fluke.
Also if you get the electrics wet in the engine bay its a bastid to dry out and again gives similar probs.
