What brake discs and pads?

I found Red Dot pads to be good, and am currently on Pagid Blues, which are supposed to be excellent, though I haven't had a chance to bed them in yet.
Disc wise I am on 3G RS10s, which again are supposed to be excellent.
Green Stuff may be OK on a smaller car, but apparently the Coupe destroys them pretty quickly.

Funnily enough, just done this on the Stilo - I had over-whelming advice, which was much appreciated, but left me none the wiser!

So I ended up with the EBC Turbo-grooves [grooved, with dimples], and the Green stuff pads - only had them fitted them last night, so still bedding them in - lets hope I made the right choice (y)

H, Those the brakes fitted by Paul? Might have seen your old ones piled up in his garage! Was paul who reccomended that I get new discs and pads since the left wheel is only using 1/2 the disc  Going though pads isn't too bad - going through 100 quid+ discs each change of pads is though!

Really interested in how your EBC's perform Stu, for me they would be 155 delivered or if I go for the black diamonds I'm looking at 195. Although would then have some super poser style black discs.. carbon stylee!

As Stu said subject just been posted I used grooved& dimpled on the front EBC and grooved/drilled on rear and fr/rr EBC pads massive improvment(y)

These be the daddy?

what pads are you getting? i recommend Tarox Strada 112 pads. this is what the website says about them...

"These pads are ideal for fast road use and every day driving. They work from cold and provide immediate response without pre-heating like an O.E pad but at the same time offer a higher coefficient of friction for improved braking power, improved resistance to high temperatures and a longer service life than O.E materials. Provides excellent pedal feel and allows full control over braking for the driver. Able to withstand temperatures of up to 600°C this pad has an optimum temperature range of 150°C to 200°C, for best results do not exceed disc temperature of app. 400°C".

for details have a look here www.tarox.com
