If so, can you remember the cost for wifi? I am just deciding whether to take my laptop up with me as I am in one next week, the guy on the desk said I will have to phone up on Monday to be told for sure as he isn't certain, great.

Use a mobile with a pay as you go sim card from T-Mobile as they do internet unlimited for £1 a day. You obviously need a phone which you can connect your PC to or you can buy a GPRS modem cheap.

CHeers guys, I won't bother with wifi I am 3 mins from a uni comp room if I need it, if it was a reasonable amount then I would. Don't have a T-mobile sim unfortunately Poggy but thanks for the suggestion. Still taking my laptop to watch a DVD the night before my exam though I reckon

You can get a free sim off their website. Top up with £10 and you get 10 days of internet, just before Christmas you got the first 3 days for free when you made your first call.

Leave tomorrow though It's my uni exam in Manchester and I saw they offered wifi, that's all. Will be useful to know for the future, I could also check if Orange have any unlimited offers I suppose.
