Emailed them to find out what happened. Expect a reply tomorrow.
Surely though they must provide as we entered into a contract as such where I paid the full price of the item so I am due my goods whether they had it listed at the wrong price or not?

So you have no contract with them, they can refuse to send you the product.
most likely you will all get a refund.
I'd love to be in the office in the morning with the boss and whoever put the wrong prices on the website lol

retailer cancels all the orders and sends out a courteous email to the shopper stating that a price mistake has been posted and that it will not be honored. Apparently that kind of tom foolery don’t sit too well with the Taiwanese government
Dell Taiwan posted a NT$4,800 ($148 US) 19-inch LCD monitor for NT$500 ($15 US). 8 hour transpired before Dell could address the mistake and more than 26,000 people had ordered 140,000 of the monitors. Dell quickly sent out an email to all 26,000 customers stating that they would not honor the beyond basement bargain price and would provide a ‘reasonable discount’ for those who would still like the 19-inch LCD monitor. As a result Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Commission received over 471 complaints and ordered Dell to honor the price mistake otherwise they would seek legal action against the company. For the record that’s almost $21 million in merchandise sold for $2.1 million

I wonder if companies are now doing this deliberately as a big publicity stunt :chin:
The moral of the story is... If you find something like this don't tell the world via the Internet they my have honoured the odd order but 15,000 orders there is no way you're going to get your order
15 or 15,000 makes not difference. If all it takes is an email to save them money you can bet your first weeks wages it will be an email you receive not a product.
dell used to honor their mistakes in the uk, i got a dirt cheap pc ones for a mate, didnt think at the time to order more, when it came ebay was full of the same pc's where others had ordered loads,
Amazon did something similar recently, because of their size they can happily offer gestures of goodwill and they processed the orders - but only for a quantity of 1 at the erroneous price (less than half).
PC world online used to honour their mistakes too I benefitted on a couple of occasions once getting a £369 digital slr camera for £169 and on another occasion getting a twin Microsoft webcam pack for £5.98 instead of £59.98.
I don't think a site selling BBQs sees huge sales of these items at this time of year even 15 of these sold over a weekend is probably relatively high numbers for this product line.
