... I've got my car back. It may have taken 1 and half months to get it finished, i may be £470 pounds worse off(excess) but what a feeling it is to drive my baby again. It was like driving her for the first time again, after driving allsorts of cars since my accident like Ka's, fiestas, 106van and worse it was a pleasure to drive a good car again. :woot: :slayer:

On a worse note if you are thinking of getting insurance from Norwich union then Dont . They are very cheap but the service I have recieved since i made my claim has been F*****G awful. I will avoid that company like the plague when it comes to renewal time. Biggest pile of toss EVER. :bang:

Congrats bud! and couldnt agree more about norwich union, they were the ones that wouldnt give me a bit of paper saying i had 1 year no claims because i'd made a claim? (when had made 2 claims but neither on my policy...) had to speak to 2 people who didnt understand what i was saying (1 being the others supervisor) and then person slightly higher up and finally month later got it sorted wasnt happy... like you, i'll be avoiding them too
