Final Destination 5

Went to see this yesterday - better than 4, but still nothing is better than the first ones.

I like the way the deaths weren't how you'd think - though a few just made everyone laugh - surely not the point of a horror movie???

I thought a lot of them were funny IMO. But as long as they pull money in they're not really bothered how they entertain people.

Personally I think they've taken it a bit far now and it's just confusing. I 'think' I've seen them all up until 5.

IMO the horror genre is dead, I find them to be more comedic than anything else, especially when they're not trying to be. Only the saw films have had any kind of adverse effect, and not in the jumping out of my seat way but more the cringe and try not to vomit way (especially the blending of the rotten pigs, that was rank!). The 1st FD film was great because it was different, after that it's just been milking - but that's hollywood for ya!

I can't see myself spending money on a generic horror film like Final Destination. If I wanted to watch a B movie, I'd rent one.

I feel like I'm wasting money if I'm seeing a movie that isn't a blockbuster.

Im gonna go see it because 1. i get to see any film at the cinema for free and 2. i liked all the others even though the one before this was suppose to be "the final destination."

Ive liked all of them, fair enough the final destination wasnt nearly as good as the rest but it was still an enjoyable film to me

Hope it doesn't have anything to do with me getting pulled out the way of a bus earlier.... yikes!

Blimey though - the acting in the haircut scene is awful!!

The first one is really the best, hmmmn I wonder about what the script writers were thinking.

"hmmm we did a plane last time, we could do a flat, building, swimmingpool, white house, mountain, no wait lets break a bridge".
