1st was hard lumps, they dont stick to him, so is east he can leg it whilst i put it in nappy sack and not get poo every where other two i had to wipe off whilst trying to keep his arse off the mat whilst he just wants to leg it

Its factory height unfortunatly. I have spares for the rear but havnt found spares for the front since I got mine.

Just get progressively rude and abusive. And you could also fail the data protection checks on purpose or refuse to comply on the basis it could be anyone calling

If that's not your thing just refuse to answer the data protection checks. Then they'll be forced to put everything in writing. If they skip the checks they're breaking the law.

Might be worth having a look though this thread, well worth reading all the pages!
Getting them to break data protection is a good way to get them all annoyed as well, give them fake details, if they say thats not what we have, ask what they have.
When I had calls from a debt collection (I don't have any debts, so need for them to phone me), I mentioned that I was distressed by the calls and as such felt it was harassment, could hear the panic in the blokes voice! Said he would remove me from the list right away.
Want to go down the lines of messing around with them...'what are you wearing?' kinda thing

Bloody scottish power taking £86 off me without me knowing,rather than £56! A lenghty phone call to them ended up in them reinbursing me £30 but by cheque they emailed me in dec telling me the changes,only to find out they had incorrectly spelt my email add..hence me not getting it..and they have reset the payments as i havnt been with them long so back to normal,so that cheered me up :slayer:

I rang BT in december they had no records of a phone line here, couldn't find the incoming box so came to the conclusion there wasn't a line and that a new one was to be ordered, this was done and new line is being fitted on thursday :slayer: , however tonight I was reaching down the side of the wardrobe in the bedroom..... and guess what, I found the incomming BT box I've waited 6 weeks for something that could have been sorted over the phone bright side is getting a new line and it'll be in the living room where it'll be a tad more useful....
