With the announcement of the new Hybrid 500 coming soon in 2026 and the fact that it will be based on the new 500e platform, I've updated/renamed the current 500e forum to now cater for both.

A couple of the models FIAT released now come in all electric or hybrid which made things a bit confusing when browsing their respective forum.
So I've added a little icon before the title to denote which type the thread is about - a lightning bolt for fully electric and a leaf for hybrid...

I've just laboriously gone through every file in the downloads area and tried to give it a relevant category. God that took ages, I really should have automated it!
Anyway, that's done now - and going forward every resource added will require the uploader to pick type and language...

You might have noticed now quite a number of websites will convert images to the .webp format when downloading.
Whilst we still won't do that here, you can now upload and use them as attachments on the forum like normal images...

You can now create a "series" in the guides section and then group related guides together.
As an example, I just put @Pugglt Auld Jock jumpstarting guides into one...

New Feature Extra Thread Fields - a.k.a more data = more helpful

As suggested by @GettinBetter over in another thread, I've now added a few (optional) extra fields to the thread creation page for all model forums.
Now when creating a post, you'll see them at the bottom:
