Step 3:

Now postition a container under the hose and give it a good tug to disconnect,
mines was pretty tight so stick with it as it will come off, then drain into container.

Rinse fresh water through by pouring into the header tank till it runs clear,
some folk also choose to stick a garden hose on the radiator to wash out also.

When your done with that, time to connect the hose back
on and pop on the new jubilee clip.

Refill the system with coolant/water mixture,i done 50-50 but you can do
other variations to suit yourself.

Step 4:

Once topped up and expantion cap is put back on,turn the heater to hot
and i put mine on full then locate the bleed screws 2 on the 1108cc engine,
one on the bulkhead and one behind the drivers light.

I've had more success bleeding with the engine running
but thats just my take on it,with engine running open the bulkhead screw
and let the air and bubbles out till you get a steady flow of coolant then
move onto the one behind the drivers headlight and do the same.

Remember to tighten the bleed screws back up and that there are no leaks,
and that the heating system is working and heating up ok and to double check levels and top up as necesseary, have a look the next day also.
