first clean the plastic down
then using wet/dry sand paper, rub the plastic down LOOOOOADS, make sure you use the paper wet tho, better finish
then tape the surrounding area to stop paint getting else where o nthe car, use more then i have tho, i managed to cover my bumper!
then prime the plastic with min 3 coats of primer
then spray the plastic with the correct colour code paint for your car, 3 coats
then lac the paint with a few coats for that extra shiney finish
and hey presto your cars colour coded
