Cleaning

Clean all the old gasket sealant and degrease area where thermostat bolts to.

Instalation

Screw in temp sensor to new thermostat, put a bead of gasket sealant around thermostat and bolt it on (tightening torque: autodata doesnt say specifically how much so just tighten by feel), connect pipes to thermostat, connect wire to sensor.

While gasket sealant is drying you can put everything else back together.
If they give you "wrong" thermostat which doesnt align with pipe slot perfectly like mine, simply cut a little groove in the pipe so it sits in better or take it back.

Bleeding

When sealant dries its time to fill the system and bleed it.

Bleed niple is on heater pipe, the other one is on the radiator (behind right headlight).

Fill expansion tank to the top and open bleed nipple on radiator and wait till a clear stream of coolant comes out, do the same on heater pipe nipple and drop coolant to max through nipple, start car run till fan comes on, turn off car and let it cool, top up if necessary to max. If you get no hot air commin through vents it means there is still air trapped inside so you have to repeat bleeding procedure.

Also have a look at other bleeding procedures
