I don't know anything about cars but found this easy and done in less than 20mins.
Firstly credit to the orginal poster who posted this method in a thread a while ago.
Secondly you don't need to remove bumper or battery, just 6 normal cross head screws and wheel arch shield
Lastly pitures paint a thousand words so I have done this guide in piture form. Click on each picture to expand and read the text.
The was done on a '52 5 door Abarth and all access was from the wheel arch.

Remove wheel arch shield 2 of 2
Light cluster back cover
Light cluster cover retaining clip
Blub retaining clip
Replace light cluster back cover
Replace wheel arch shield
Job Done
That is all there is to it! Quick and easy.
Some larger built people may need to jack up the car a bit to give more high / space in the working area around the wheel arch but try with out first.
Fiat wanted £75 to do this job, by the time you have driven to the garage you could have done the job and saved £75.
