I’ve just bought a grande punto and there seems to be an issue with the electrics of the car the temp gauge for the engine goes up and down randomly a long with the battery discharging even though it’s a new battery does anyone have some advice about what this issue could be I have had a look at the faq for the electrical issues on here but still doesn’t seem anal clearer

Can you expand more on the temp gauge going up and down randomly. Will this be several times in a journey, go down then driving and then up when stationary etc etc
