Green cotton is pretty good, will be no worse than BMC or K & N.

There would be a good chance the dyno graph would be no different at all, hybridding the turbo will just help it last longer/take more abuse.

Got green stuff pads up front in mine and they are great. Wouldn't touch black diamond discs though.

Thanks for the info. :) Look's like its Brembo discs then!

Edit:/

Can I ask why I shouldn't touch them? Have you used them before? Its just they are the most expensive compared to Brembo and EBC disc's. These look pretty good.

Can anybody recommend me some lowering springs? Im looking for about 35mm to 40mm drop all round. Theres quite a few makes and I would like to see what people are running. Apex & Eibach seem pretty good at the moment?

Quick update, nothing much but done my first couple of little bit's to the car.

First up Wind Deflectors:

Next on the list is brake setup, lowering springs and front splitter. Then on to more performance based stuff. :D

I have read on here that people seem to run Eibach Sportline Spring's, my only question about them is that it seems to state that they lower the fron more than the rear?

My Punto's rear is way higher than the front, need it the other way around if anything?!? :/

Where did you get the wind deflectors from mate?

Bought them from Ebay pal. :)

Im on sportlines and the rear sits lower than the front, if i remove the rear bench its about equal. Ovcourse when there are one or two people sat in the front it sits level.

Interesting, thank's for that. Seem's strange it states the front will lower more than the front. :/

Anyone else running them or another setup?

Just a quick update, money has been a bit tight lately due to a few different bits and peices. However I have managed to order up EBC Combi Discs and Green Stuff Pads all round for the Grande. Will update when fitted, hopefully Easter Weekend. :D

Small update:

Disc.jpg

Front discs and pads have been fitted over the weekend, still wearing them in slowly but a massive improvement already! :)

Will fit the rears when these have worn in properly.

It appears you've fitted your disks wrong way round, I have these disks and the box for each disk had a sticker telling you which side to fit to. The groove is intended to sweep towards back of car, so the pic showing your front drivers wheel you have fitted the passenger disk

yep, glad somoene else agreed, i usually say something and theres guaranteed to be someone who thinkgs im wrong lol. hows the gearbox? just had mine done on warranty again...

Seems to be holding out okay, i moved house now so instead of doing over an hours driving a day im down to about 20 mins. I now drive like an old lady aswell and only boot it every now and again. (n)

I lost the instructions that came with my discs so i had to check online which way they went, i need to fit my rear discs+ pads this weekend but not looking forward to the rewinding process

Really?!? It's correct that the boxes are labled but I followed this. I thought the "Left Box" meant as you look behind the car its the left front?
