Some slimeball has dented my GP whilst parked up!
Was a pedestrian as it was on the kerbside of the road, the car's only 10 weeks old:cry: and it's right across the swage line as well:cry:
Been driving 20 years, never had a dent and this is my first new car!

Have mailed Dent Devils and will try the Dentman tomorrow.
Hopefully it will pop out.

Any others to recommend? (NW London/Slough/Luton)

not looking good, on the nicest colour gp as well!!!

anyone leave a note? guessing not as most people do not these days!!

Thanks for the sympathy!

No notes left and no idea how it happened other than it wasn't a car.
I have resigned myself to removing the interior to gain access (saw some posts how to a while ago), we'll see what the Dentman has to say.

Luvduvs that clip looks great, though I'm gonna leave it to the pros.

You might think I'm mad but I think it looks worse in the photos than real life.
Anyway, I'll let you know what happens.

Gutted mate!

Looks like someone's kicked it. Or someone with a raging hard-on ran into it by accident.

Don't be modest... if that was you there'd have been sufficent force to set the side airbags off! (y)

I think it was somehow a lesser person...

heard these a great a few people I know have used them

Cheers, will give them a try

Now I like my GP but it'd never get me that excited!

Dent Devils said no!

I am now getting worried as I didn't really want to go through the insurance as I have 0 NCB (ex-classic daily driver) and Business Class 2 so it's gonna hurt next year. (I know I should tell em regardless but....)

Might be a hairdryer and freezer spray at this rate!;)

Get all the quotes first. Even from your local FIAT bodyshop. Then decide whether it's worth going through your insurance.

And no, you don't have to tell your insurance company about this if you have no intention of making a claim.

My daughter had a prang earlier this year; Tesco paid up a total of £250 to the third party (no own damage) but my daughter lost her NCD (ie back to zero). Didn't increase her premium for this year though but of course she lost about £250 in NCD and that will now take an extra year to earn. If she had known she would have paid the damn bill herself and kept her NCD.

So get your quotes in before claiming!

Well the Dentman has been and gone.

I think he's done a pretty good job I think.

It's magic!!:p

If you look for it you can see where the dent was as there are some small marks where he has made small adjustments. He and Dent Devils said the metal was stretched, though Dent Devils said they would not touch it.

The inside of the panel is scratched though to the meal where his tool marks are so this will need to be painted/waxoyled. Also he drilled a small hole in the inner panel to anchor his levers for a better job.

He (Martin) is a really nice guy and pretty straight and honest, can't recommend him enough(y)

The first pic looks like the swage line is bent, it’s not, just the reflection;)
