The Retro Show is just around the corner!
• Run What Ya Brung – For just £25 you can take your retro ride down our world famous ¼ mile strip and take part in the RWYB competition for the chance to win a trophy.

Might not even have the Punto, though (it's being trailered away, tomorrow morning, to have some Merc-reversing-without-looking front-end damage repaired...): so, Palio, is it best for me to collect Howie on the Friday or Saturday, beforehand (weather permitting, for a wash and wax...)?

I am getting a free courtesy car: as it wasn't my fault -- but they didn't have any classic Pandas....

Bought my ticket... £12 in advance, £2 booking fee! Opted to not have it posted to me at £3 for 1st class and think it was £6 signed for!!! Almost cheaper to buy on the day..

Yeah I'm with you on that. The stand was free but I had to pay a booking fee for it!!

Oh well the show's worth it.

Edit: I think if I'd been able to order yours back in Feb I could have avoided some of your booking fees - unfortunately that relies on everyone giving me money months before they decide to go. Haven't quite sussed that one yet....,

There were 2 latecomers who can't get in as all the tickets had gone - if I get an address pm'd to you tomorrow (er today as we're in the witching hour!), is there any chance you could post it to arrive by Sat?

Are we planning to convoy in to this, at all...? I know scout will probably want to get there just after dawn, like me; but wondered if there was anywhere reasonably local we could meet at, beforehand...?

Can't see anywhere obvious on Google Maps, though....
