The UK’s Premier Italian Car Concours Stanford Hall
Sunday 6th June 2004
Now established as the premier concours event for top quality Italian cars in the UK, the 2004 Italian Car Concours will again be held in the grounds of Stanford Hall, the elegant stately home near Lutterworth, in Leicestershire, on Sunday 6th June.
Judging by last year’s event – when a record two and a half thousand visitors flocked to see the display of Italian exotica – it will be a lavish affair. With three separate concours events held throughout the day, there was something for everyone: from Ferrari 250LM to Lamborghini Diablo; from Maserati Ghibli SS to 695SS Abarth. In 2003, there were no less than 120 Ferraris and 94 Maseratis gracing the lawns of the stately home – and the 2004 event promises to be every bit as impressive.
The main features will include the Midlands Section Ferrari Owners’ Club Concours, the UK Maserati Club Concours, and a general concours for rare and interesting Italian automobiles. In addition to the main attractions there will be Italian car club displays featuring the very best of Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat, and special coachbuilt models arriving from across the UK and Europe.
Entry is £7 per adult payable on the day. Members of the public arriving in an Italian car will be invited to join the general displays. There will also be an extensive trade area and autojumble, refreshments and a concession on entrance to the beautiful stately home.
