If you're wondering why?
I'd like to have a simple, easy point to tie one end of a hammock to!
Or - in a similar vein - tie a body-weight exercise strap to.

So - all I'm really looking for initially is the specs for those bolts: Length, diameter, thread specification, so that I can start to look for either an existing product, or get someone to weld up a replacement bolt.

Cheers for that! Last I checked I was only about 80Kg (and half the weight will be on the other end as well) so I think that should work out.
