Hi thanks for you,r quick reply as I said earlier it takes about 19 minutes to download then say,s that it does not support it and something about being a e-mail maybe theres something missing on my computer?

Do you know what programme opens this file up. It states that it is an "RAR" file and I do not appear to be able to open it up on my computer. Is it possible to get the file as a word document?

You need a program called WinRar to decompress it.

Both these versions from the download page don't cover the 2.5 or 2.8 TD The first is an eLearn version of the latter (the 94-02 DTE) & much easier to use - both versions cover the 2.0, 2.2, 2.3 & 2.8JTD engines
They are both in a RAR file which you will need Winrar (free on the net) to open & extract the file & contains an ISO (an image of the CD), this is then burnt to a CD using Nero, MagicISO or a similar program.
Then the program is installed on your computer for use - it is necessary to have the CD installed in the CD drive whilst using the program itself.

Thanks to---Davren and Freespirit for you,r help---I can,t understand why the manuals do not cover the 2.5td--- and as I will try to keep the m/home as long as possible I will need to get one ?

Check above posts, Winrar is needed to extract the ISO file from the RAR file & Nero or similar to burn the ISO file to a CD then install it on your computer.
