Hi

Am new here and i have a big problem on my fiat doblo 2012.

We hade some smelling issue and one injector was leaking. It was hell removing it and replacing it.

At the time i didnt know and i dont know today if i need to code the injectors

After putting the car together the car went like crap, high use of disel and bad performance, we swapped the air flow sensor and is a bit better. Now we also put in cleaning in the tank and it did help

My issue is that it still vibrates on low rpm, up to 2200 rpm.

It can also stall easy when starting. when i drive its ok.

Is it an engine mount, drive shaft or is it engine issue:confused:

it also have a klonk sound but i think that is from the suspension.

thanks

best regards tomi

HI Thanks for the answers

NO error code on the car.

I dont hear any strange sounds just vibration,

when i changed the air flow meter it went better. No i have put in motul clean and it did help little i think. I also try to spray crc erg cleaner.

DOes the injectors need to be coded?

I dont get any engine lamp or anything. Shouldnt i get an error if its not going on 4 cylinders

thanks

best regards tomi

btw,

the car make strange noises when i drive, just like its the suspension or engine mounts, and its worst when i put in reverse

Problem Solved

When i swapped the injector i didnt change the incector coding in the car. I also swapped the airflow sensor and didnt reset it.

Now i have coded the injector and then reset the airflow sensor in autocom and it works again :)

thanks for the help, just wanted to share the solution incase of anyone else does the same misstake as me

Everything is perfect now.

After swapping the injector we hade the problems, first i thought it was air in the system. After that we changed the air flow sensor. Still vibrations etc.

when we put in reverse the car almost died. Forward was much better. So we thought that it may have been the engine mount. (the car is only 65000km)

the car hade vibrations arround 2000 rpm not much.

I talked to a friend that knows abit and he asked me if i coded the injector? So i took the autocom and coded it. It went a bit better but not good. Then i looked at autocom what other things i could reset etc. And it show that after you change the airflow meter you should do a reset. After that the car went good

now the engine is smooth and no vibration.

Now i know that when ever i change someting i will look in to if i need a coding.
