Depending on how long you are planning to keep the car it might be worth considering a stainless one. When my rear section fell off I had a stainless replacement fitted by LongLife/FastFit in Basingstoke and was pleased with the work that they did. From memory it was about £280 but I have no idea how this compares to a standard fitted steel one.

Ended up at F1 autocentre, mild steel @£215. Fiat parts were 142 & 163 ex vat and fitting so a lot more expensive.
Longlife didn't quote, National Tyres didn't phone back.
