Alright everyone my little silver fiat feels as if it gonna run out of fuel when cruiseing at any speed if I floor it . It motors no issue but if I feather the throttle it backs off becore accelerating ive changed leadz plugs coil and fuel filter

Throttle body filthy? Air filter clogged?

I did smash loads of carb cleaner in its been like it since I bought it .it had been laid up for a while the old lady hardly used it how do I clean throttle body ??

Take it off, blast it with carb cleaner. Make sure that you know where the little hoses go first (diagram in the Guides somewhere).

Still, I'd guess MAP sensor -- blow through the pipe (disconnected both ends or you may damage it). Or maybe you have a lambda that's going sleepy?

Any EML light?

No eml just tried looking at the guides on me phone and there all misssing no guides there at all I have looked at them before

The phone thing is a bit dodgy. You can generally look at them if you use the browser, rather than the app.

could just be fuel starvation, could try changing the inline fuel filter - they rarely get changed but are a service item. Particularly at risk if car has been run very low on fuel alot in its lifetime.

The little silver one near the tank if so I changed that I blew through the map pipe last night as fingers told me to and drove steady to work with no stutter so fingers crossed maybe ok

I have the same problem with my 1999 seicento and I have change the map-sensor but no results.
Do you know how hos to get Error mesages from Ecu. Does it have OBDII?

to read codes you need fiat 3-pin to OBD adaptor, a vagcom cable and to download IAW-Scan2 (google will find, its free)..

On the map though, have you tried take the pipe that runs to it off the map and off the inlet and checking it for splits and blowing through iit to cehck its not blocked - should have done that before replacing the map sensor really.

No it still backs of I havent changed anything else since fuel filter I will check map pipe for splits ect any other ideas I looked at an old report online same car reg mileage and it turned out to be lambada sensor whats ur thoughts everyone ??

Might be worth blowing out that pipe again! Strangely, the Seis had a tiny little valve in the pipe, apparently to rule out the possibility of petrol reaching the MAP sensor, but I've chucked them in the bin without ant ill effect.

You might see if you can pick up ot borrow a s/h lambda. They're not cheap to buy new (and if they are, suspect rubbish).

I will give it ago it did run better after the first time I did find lambada sensor on ebay for 35
