hey anyone got any guides on how to change a front wheel bearing on a cinq sx , and roughly how long it would take ? cheer .

Unless you have a hydraulic press, take it to a machine shop/garage/engineers. Unless you know what you're doing you'll screw up the hub and/or the new bearing.
I'll have a wheel bearing pressed out for 15 quid for a honda. Hope that helps.

well im a machanic and can take it to work today , but i just thought i would ask how hard it would be seeing i havent done one before , cheers

i got a rear bearing to do aswell but there **** easy so thats no problem , and i do have a hydrolic press at work so i could do it today
