I been reading some posts on paint etc and to be honest ,not impressed,if ya need advice do a post i always checking daily,but some statements here( touch up with coctail stick ???)
(scratches down to metal?? pictures are of plastic bumper lol.)

i would use a cocktail stick if i had one handy but unfortunately i only drink coffee at work
i normally use something very similar to build up paint on a scratch though,
been in the trade for ** years so i know a little
i hate blowing in bumpers by the way as they fade terribly
