I'm not sure what is up with my Blue&Me but about 2 weeks ago my memory stick stopped working...I plugged it into my PC and it told me it needed to format it...so I've lost a load of EcoDrive stuff...I reformatted the stick, tested it a few times on my PC and then reinstalled EcoDrive and plugged it into the car...a few days later unplugged it and the message on the PC claims it needs to be formatted...so no data captured!

Today, my phone has stopped pairing with Blue&Me - or I thought it had - I can voice-dial people and I'm guessing I can accept incoming calls...but there is no indication on the car that my phone is paired. If I hit the Menu button on my steering wheel nothing happens...no menu options appear so I can't access my Last Called, Phonebook, EcoDrive, Message Reader, Media Player or Settings options.

Really not sure what could have happened, there are no lights on the dash to indicate an electrical problem, the car starts and stops ok and seems to do the other stuff as expected as well...so I'm not sure what has gone wrong.

First issue if how do I get my menu options back? Second issue is how do I get my phone paired and connected again (I'm guessing once I get Menu options back the pairing will be a doddle). Thirdly (but not a biggie!) - how do I get it to stop killing my USB stick?

Thanks,

Richard.

disconnect the negative on the battery for 5 minutes. Then reconnect and it should be ok. If not, off to the dealer I'm afraid.

Cool, thanks will give that a bash...is it easy enough to do? And what do I need to do once it has reconnected? Does the clock need reset and stuff?
