Would anyone be able to tell me the part number of the top driver's side door hinge, and the best place to purchase one, mine is very worn. Thanks in advance

This info comes from ePER Rel.84 dated 2014 (which is later than the version here on fiatforum)

The part numbers should be OK and give you something to web search. As for price and availability then you will have to contact your Fiat dealer who will have the "current" status. Also expect a "No longer available / no longer in production" response bearing in mind we are +6 years on Rel.84.

Put s130's part number (46724928) in the search field in the below link. They appear to have them but quite expensive.

Thanks I managed to get one from barchetta parts

dunno if im late but i bought one from china on ebay , dirt cheap and worked... ( lol dunno maybe it wont last too long we ll see )
