Hi Guys, hope you can help me end the knocking from the back end, I've got new shocks and coils, new sway arms, now I'm after changing the bushes on the rear sub frame, however Fiat only replace the whole sub frame at £250 odd pounds. Does anyone know of a supplier of just the bushes?

I wonder if we could contact Powerflex about a group purchase of specially made urethane bushes? I'd be up for a set if they would do it.

You can get a swing arm bush kit from ebay.de or one or two other places, I should know I have one sitting in my tool box that i never used.

These are exactly what I changed this weekend, b*****d of a job but one you can do yourself as long as you have a helper and a bloody big hammer!!

I bought my kits from an autofactors called BTR in Worthing for £20 per side.

Seriously, this is a ****e job to do - thankfully my father in law is a retired mechanic so had lots of the tools in his garage that most people don't own, I would strongly suggest that if you are planning on doing this job yourself you try to find someone with a large press before taking things apart, once you take the old one off there is no way you will be able to put it back on if you decide its not for you!
