Ok! I tuned in my local stations on my radio. Now when I turn off the car the last station I listened to isn't saved when I start the car again.I've wiped the particular station but it still returns after I start the car again. Even when I mute a station I'm listening to & then unmute,the unsaved station comes on!

Try pulling the radio fuse for ten mins?

Thanks! I tried that just now but it didn’t fix my problem.

Given you tried a reset I would suspect the radio has a fault, so either live with it or a secondhand one?

What year car, by the way?

You can change the faceplates. The code for the radio is stored within the unit itself, not the faceplate. I had a faulty faceplate and luckily I had a spare so swapped them. Chances are that will work, so if you can find a second hand one on the bay of E, give it a go.

Once you've removed the unit, undo the screw either side and it pulls off.
