I'm new to this forum and this is my first post so hope I've put it in the right section haha!

I have a 10 plate fiat 500 limited edition by diesel and bought it this time last year it came with a blue & me handsfree device fitted. It has been great until the past the month. My phone became disconnected from the handsfree so reconnected it seemed fine I can hear people very clearly when they ring but they cannot understand me at all the just say it's a massive crackly type noice.

Any advice on how to fix it or anyone who can come out all look at it.

Another issue I have had from the start it when ever I answer a call it is super quite so have to turn it up when I answer the call every time, doesn't affect my radio volume however once I ended the call. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to fix this too??
