I have a problem I think with my car.. I had to do an emergency stop yesterday and ever since, my brakes have felt a bit off, there's a burning smell, my temperature gauge is going up to 3 quarters when I've never seen it above half and my stop start won't work... is anyone able to give me any info on what might be wrong? Thank you so much!!

Do the brakes feel like they are still on to some extent? Does one wheel get quite hot? Binding brakes would be my first guess, when the car is totally cold check how much water is in the radiator you can use a torch against the side or a strip of card inserted then held against the outside of the bottle.
