Hi. I have a Fiat 500 sport 57 plate.
I have tried doing the update for the blue & me but after two minutes of it updating - it says configuration error.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it or the best place to take it?
When I try to phone phone one it doesn't seem to work - I can hear the person but they can not hear me.
Any help would be appreciated !!

What is the version number of the update you are trying to apply, and what phone are you pairing it with?

The latest updates won't work on early Blue&Me cars - someone will likely be along soon to confirm the most recent version which will work on your car.

It might not be possible to update a '57 plate system to work fully with the latest phones.

checked and there is a download for 254mbs but i cant read Italian
