Driving a dangerous vehicle due to unsecured load or passengers.
Carrying a passenger with no seat, seat belt or restraint.
Driving without Due Care and Attention.

Doing all of that in a liveried van and posting it on social media so everyone can see how callous an employer you are and dangerous driver.

Any forum members know the Essex branch of the HSE or Essex Police feel free to pass it on. :bang:

I was concerned with the forum "naming and shaming" policy but it's written in light blue letters on the van that's being driven dangerously.
