Hello everyone, first i apologise for my english.

I bought my fiat tipo on january 2016, it was the 4th here in france (Corsica).

I received my car on july 2016.. so a little bit of wait.

The car is runing now with 75k Kilometers and 0 Problems.

Is runing 0w30 oil petronas oil (advised by fiat for my region)

The car is modified. It has stainless catback exhaust, just after the catylic converter. It has BMC air filter on a direct admission type (carbon). Fiat 500 abarth spark coils with iridium ngk spark plugs.
ECU remap with AKH racing (Lyon). After that the car went from 92hp to 110hp on 98octabe fuel.
Now i've put brembo brake kit at the front axel. changed the suspension springs from the factory to einach pro kit. 30mm at the front and 35mm at the back. And toke of the Uconnect 5 to replace to a 7´´ Android head unit. Working the the factory onboard computer, and reverse camera..

At aroud 50km i moveed to bordeaux and i converted the car do e85 Bio ethanol/98 octane fuel so it's on a flexfuel kit. it has a little bit more hp on e85 on higher RPM.

Also the car is running on 225/45ZR17 aftermarket wheels
Also retrofit the original halogen headlight to bi xenon projector style (done that myself), due to my work i drive a lot on night time. Best mod ever.

I am doing 7L/100K combined.

Changed to 10w40 castrol oil.

Basicly i've never had a single problem with the car. I have done the basic service on Fiat dealership and the modification on other places.

This is my 75.000 Km of my Tipo/Egea 4Doors from 2016.
With 0 noises, problems and other stuff...
It was the Fiat tipo POP, costed me 13000€ with 3 warranty years back then. And spent almost another 3000€ on modds since then.

I am planning to upgrade the engine to turbo system and other parts as well, since this car will not be my daily driver in the future, so im planning buying something more economic and do the turbo on the Tipo... Don't ask me about MOT here in france because someone i know does that to me :D

Have a great day everyone.
Pedro

Thanks for sharing, really good that you are having a good experience, have considered the Tipo as a good option ourselves.
Will be an old git though, and in all seriousness, pictures from the drivers view at speed are stupid at best and would count seriously against you in a UK court, and the physics of your accident will be just as bad abroad. It's stupid, please don't it again.

THanks for your reply. First i am not in the UK, Second it-s not a picture. its a frame from a video footage i did a few month ago with a action camera that was attached in my chest...

By the way, almost every country in europe have this law where the video will count against the person in a court...

And with all the mods i did to my car, is fair to me and every person that does that to test his car and sometimes if you are alone on the highway... that is up the every one

Fully agree. :)

I used to do a LOT of 'French miles'.

Their excellent roads.. :)

and weather dependant speed limits really made sense.

But its all down to the place and time ;)

Great SEDAN you have there .. :)

Very nice car. I have my Tipo for a such a short time, but I think too that the hp/torque/nm are a little bit not enough, 150-200nm looks better :)

Greetings from my Tipo
( still dont have rights to show my car :( )

Sadly in Portugal the 1.4 95hp is not available for testdrive, only the 95hp oil burner that i don't want. This car appeals to me due to having now a bigger family. I know the 1.4 non turbo engine is far from fast but it is reliable and the last of the fire engines. Somehow i wanted to buy the car with this engine, choosing the simplicity over performance (i ride motorbikes so i have other means of pumping addrenaline). I know that the 1.4 120hp or the new 1.0 120hp would be a better choice but if i felt after driving it the 95hp was enough, this would be my choice because i bet in 2040 the engine would still work but the new ones...
