Technical Tipo All windows automatic close

Hello,

I have a Tipo 1.4 Multijet Lounge Tipo ( hatchback) from 2017/2.

I´ve tried to use the remote to close all the windows as i´m used to do with my 2003 1.6 Stilo and it doesn´t work.

Also tried to use the key at the car door and nothing happens.

I called the dealer and was told that it was not possible, they could not do it (impossible they said!!), maybe an aftermarket software could do it but i will lose the warranty.

Having worked as a car electrician for 15 years the answer really annoyed me and i cannot believe this to be "Impossible".

Has anyone managed to get them all closed, if so how??

Will be sending an email to FCA and will post their answer when it comes.

Why don't you just shut the windows before you leave the car?
I have the auto window shut facility on my 08 fiorino van used it once to see if it worked and never bothered again

Not so much all close,but all open can be handy to vent a car before getting in,I can't believe there would be any extra cost in the programming to have this as standard,so it must be another strange costing decision by Fiat ?

Many cars don't have this feature family member had a top of the line VW Passat that didn't do This
Didn't have any mechanical locks on the car either so if the battery was flat you couldn't get into it ��
