Wtf?

Last night when i was out with my sister, her friends and my GF, we left them at about half 2, after that when my sister came out of the club we were in, her BF was there, he took her phone off her and smashed it up! it was 1 week old!!

my GF has also seen him take her phone off her and shove his hand over her mouth, all of the times i've seen him he seems a top lad, he drives a punto too

what should i do?

just heard they were finnished anyway, she'll still go back to him, maybe you're right, i shouldn't do anything but at the same time i don't feel like i should let him go on like that with her.

I know where you're comin from, brotherly protection and all that. She has to break the circle of make up and break up for herself, its the only way it will work. With a d*ck like he sounds even just mentioning it to him could lead you into grief with the Law.

Catch 22 mate , if you stick your brotherly foot in as Ffoxy said you could be in the wrong with her and plod , But if you dont you could be in the wrong with her!?!?!?!?!
Talk to your sister mate , lether know that your there for her and you/her friends know what he's doing - she needs to get rid of him for good.

convince her to fight back is the best i could suggest. as if you attack him you will probably get hassle from the police as has been said.

sounds distinctively as if he needs reminding that a bloke shouldnt hit a woman mind.

take that as you will. personally if it was a relative of mine though that he were smacking about id smack him.

It's probably best you do nothing... i know the brotherly protection nature is trying to kick in there but.. if you lamp him one it may cause more hassle for either you or your sister...
