Well, Marius Pudzianowski won it by a country, looking at his body compared to the other competitors you can see why. Not an ounce of fat just ripped, massive muscle! I'm not female otherwise I would be tempted to use the word "beefcake" mental size.

yes, but his body will age very very quickly if he continues at that fat %. so 32 is perhaps his lot. it puts a huge strain on the heart. ive seen body builders personally keel over with heart attacks!!!blackJTD said:
