wiper problems

hi everyone, first post, 2007 fiat ducato trigano tribute, passed mot, on way home wipers stopped, pulled over switched engine off back on and they worked started motor and set off and the stopped,this kept happening,work ok when parked up no engine running but as soon ad engine starts up blip the throttle and they stop.

Not sure if youve made progress with this..
But it sounds like an earth fault to me..

Certain ages of Ducato have specific 'problem areas'

Yours might fall into the ' behind the headlight' category..

cheers Charlie, ive ordered an earth strap so should be here tomorrow, if not its looking like the BCM, doyou knoe where it hides itself,one thread said it was under the fuse box in the engine compartment,but then said he was told it wasnt the BCM
