Wiper mechanism access??? Qubo.

Hello,

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic panel that covers access to the front wiper bay, need to repair the connection between both wipers, been quoted £225 by Fiat, all that had happened is the connection has come off that connects the two together, obviously not a big job, failing access, has anyone any experience of taking this repair to a small local garage? Any ideas of cost to have it done?

They are a real arse to get off, at least 2 or 3 clips break when removing it. Where are you located?
