How many jets of water should there be from each washer jet? Just fitted some sold as genuine with three in each so six squirts in total but very feeble and hardly get to the screen! a new washer pump has improved things slightly - my Saab has three double jets so six in total but a much bigger pump, before investigating further I thought I would check the jets are right i.e. not to many for the pump.

Hi. What age?

My 2001 marea was 3+3...

But they were always picking up debris..

Have you checked the non.return valve for crud (under bonnet liner..)

2000 X.reg. Will check over pipe work and one way valve, just wondered whether jets were right in first place.

Why did you change them..?

A previous owner had bodged some single jet metal ones on that were only held in place by the pipes, very hit or miss
