Windscreen washers widget

We have a 2000 bravo 1.6 elx. The black plastic box that divides the washer line into two has broken, so only sprays on to the drivers side of the windscreen, not ideal when driving on wet, mucky motorways everyday.
Took it to the village garage hoping they could sell me a generic one, but he reckoned (without looking at it) that I'd need a proper fiat part. Is this true? Surely a generic one would work too? If so, where can I get one from?

Happened on my old 1.2. the diaphragm in the centre went. On using the jets its just squirted on the engine. I picked on up from a scrap yard off a punto for 25p

Similar thing happened to me too...

Popped to halfords, and got one of their standard 'Y' shaped ones...

Does the job very well..
