Windows 7 help

I've been messing around with my laptop, and done something wrong, going really slow, keeps crashing, so was going to reinstall Windows 7, only problem is, I cant find the disk to install it with.

I've got the case it came in, so have the product key, does anyone know if its possible to download it from somewhere? Google is giving me dodgy sites that dont want to download from lol.

for a win7 disk either contact Microsoft or whoever made your laptop.

what laptop is it? some laptops don't have disks anymore and just have the recovery data on a seperate partition on the hard drive.

depends on your model but often you hit F10 on boot
some are different,eg dell XPS seems to be F8

Found the disc though, so its all good.
