you need to make sure you have an input on your current head unit.

You can get cheaper ones off ebay, although obviously they are not alpine.

i had a look on ebay, its hard to choose from as you dont really know what ya getting, as for output lead, do most "newish" HU have this feature?

You need an aux input on your head unit. Not many have it, yours has a cd changer control so you may be able to get a lead that will do it through that.

It says your head unit already does mp3;s, so why do you want that to play mp3s if your not getting the screen?
