why should i keep my 1.4?

iv got a 1.4sx, why should i keep it? i was thinkin of changing it for a 1.8 hlx.

i really love driving it but theres something there making me feel like i should sell it...

all opinions please.

p.s. im not totally looking for speed, just smoothness and comfortable. and not expensive!

1.2 80sx. Smoooth and very quick for the size of the engine. Cheap to insure and nowhere near as thirsty as the 1.4

1.8 is infinitely better/smoother/faster than 1.4 or 1.2, but more expnsive to insure.

Cheaper on gas than a 1.4 too.

1.6 16v...in the middle of the other 2, cheaper to run than the 1.8, and a bit quicker than the 1.2 16v...

You shouldn't keep it, from what i've read on this site over the past year the 1.4 is by far the worst of the bravo/a range, get shot of it and get any other and you should find it more agreeable.

1.6 is a LOT quicker than the 1.2

Go for a Fiat Bravo 1.9 JTD, 105Bhp. Reliable, really good fuel economy, and can be remapped to be faster than most of the Bravo range prob not the HGT tho.
